FreeAxez USA™ is solid – it made of double 16 gauge zinc-coated galvanized steel plate. Due to its solid construction, durability, and excellent anti-corrosive properties, FreeAxez USA™ can be re-used many times due to re-location or floor plan changes. Unlike other low access floors, FreeAxez USA™ contains no Concrete, Wood or Plastic. Nonetheless, it is relatively lightweight – adding a mere 5.25 PSF to live load of the building.

FreeAxez USA™ is ready for wires – on the low end, FreeAxez USA™ 40's conduit space is 6.4 square inches, which can accommodate 64 quarter-inch diameter CAT 5 or CAT 6 voice / data lines at 40% capacity, or 8 half-inch diameter armored power cables. On the high end, FreeAxez USA™ 70's conduit space is 11 square inches which can accommodate 128 quarter-inch diameter CAT 5 or CAT 6 voice / data lines at 40% capacity, or 16 half-inch diameter armored power cables. From 0.6 inches of vertical capacity beneath the floor line to a full 0.75 inches Low-Profile does not mean low cable capacity! The unique FreeAxez USA™ design offers the best of both!

FreeAxez USA™ is quick and easy to install – it can be installed in a fraction of the time versus conventional raised access floor, since no height adjustment is required. The modular base unit system connects quickly without glues, screws or fasteners. Accessory components allow the floor to fit any space, including curved walls and entranceways.
